Introduction to The Feminine Way
I am beyond grateful – Today, I hit 10,000 followers in only 10 weeks!
I started my thought leadership journey on LinkedIn in March, I never anticipated such rapid growth, especially in domains like Business Strategy and Personal Development, which are predominantly male-dominated.
My intention from the beginning was to do it my way, the feminine way.
This means sharing my voice and creating excellent, useful content without hustle or force, but with softness, grace, and authenticity.
Pursuing this path has always been my aspiration: to achieve success without compromising my femininity:
- I earned two Baccalaureates at 16 and was recognized by the Algerian president as a top-performing student (First Female in nation-wide exam).
- I graduated from a top-tier engineering school.
- I worked at elite consulting firms.
- I became the youngest Executive of a $2Bn company at 27.
- I launched two successful companies and an investment venture by 30.
All of this was achieved without sacrificing my feminine side or personal life.
When it came to social media, I applied the same approach and the results have been phenomenal:
- 10k followers in just 10 weeks.
- Over 4 million impressions.
- Ranked #1 French Female Creator in Business Strategy.
- Ranked #3 Creator in Business Strategy overall.
- Prepared to launch this newsletter: "The Feminine Way".
- Prepared to launch my book: "Leadership, The Feminine Way".
- Built strong bonds with some of the most brilliant creators.
I truly believe that the world needs more feminine values in leadership. This would benefit:
- Men, by encouraging them to integrate more of these traits into their management styles.
- Women, by helping them achieve greater balance and embrace their natural abilities without sacrificing any form of success they desire.
I am deeply grateful for each one of my readers. Your presence and engagement help build a better collective intelligence to enhance our lives.
Sending you love and gratitude,
Abir
